How do I apply to become a member of the Unseen Demolition Team?

How long does it take to become a UDT Member?
As UDT becomes larger and as the core base of UDT becomes tighter, we are becoming more selective in our recruitment and enlistment. Thus, the minimum time needed to make it through the potential recruit and recruit stages of the process is a month or more. This is based on playing time, quality of the candidate, attitude, teamwork, and other factors. Some candidates might take longer than others to make it through from beginning to end.
Who makes the decisions on final UDT membership?
The Council, which is comprised of the CO, XO, and the officers, take a vote after they feel enough time has passed to make a decision. After a successful run through the Council, the members of UDT are given the chance to vote on the recruit's advancement. If successful, then upon acceptance by the recruit of the Code of Conduct, the recruit is allowed to wear full UDT tags.
